That’s a wrap for 2025! We want to thank each and every one of you for making this year so special and truly one to remember. Our home is looking incredible, and we are very proud of all we have achieved.

What a fun month December has been!
So much fun, festive December! During arts and crafts we created some beautiful decorations using paints and glittery pipe cleaners. Cooking Club served up delicious mince pies and sweet pastry treats, and we are very proud of our Christmas cake – lovingly made and carefully looked after, with the sherry topped up each week!
We enjoyed some truly incredible performances from our local talent. Mark captivated everyone with his classical violin, while Chloe Wren and the duo Kerry and Sue had the room up and dancing. These are just a few of the acts who filled the day with joy for our residents.
Some of our residents had the honour of attending a wonderfully festive carol concert at South Bersted Primary School. Your pupils sang beautifully and were all impeccably behaved, filling the room with joy and Christmas spirit. Thank you for inviting us and for bringing such warmth and happiness to our residents during this special season.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team, whose hard work and dedication help make Christmas truly special for all our residents and their families. And a big thank you to our wonderful kitchen team for creating such delicious festive treats that everyone enjoyed. You help bring so much joy to our home.

Get ready for a year full of fun! Our activity program is packed with exciting events, plus all your favourite like cooking and arts & crafts clubs. We’re already busy planning fun events you won’t want to miss for the rest of the year! The Residents and Families Meeting returns on Friday 30th January at 11:00 AM we hope you can join us.

We hope you all had a wonderful time enjoying the cosy, festive atmosphere at the Woodbine Arms this Christmas. It has been such a joy to see so many families making memories in this special, charming space. We feel very lucky to be able to offer this private area for our friends and loved ones. Please keep us in mind for your small gatherings and celebrations-we’d love to welcome you again!
Home improvements
Lift-off!.. While we were hoping to share better news, there has been a further delay to the completion of our new passenger lift. We understand this is frustrating, but we’ve been reassured that the delay is only temporary. Fingers crossed, it will be fully operational very soon. Thank you for bearing with us.
