Woodbine Manor is run by our super efficient, wonderfully compassionate Care Manager, Dani Bilidaite, who has joined Woodbine Manor to lead it in its quest for excellence in all areas. Dani has over thirteen years’ experience in the role of registered manager, specializing in dementia care. Dani has a proven track record in overseeing daily operations, implementing high standards of care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. She is skilled in team leadership, staff training, and creating a supportive environment that prioritizes residents’ dignity and well-being. Dani is known for a strong commitment to quality improvement and a collaborative approach to achieving excellence in resident outcomes.
Our outstanding care team are also dedicated and highly qualified; most have completed NVQ levels 2 or 3. Woodbine Manor is very much like a family, most of our team have been working here for many years and know each resident very well. We insist on a high standard of care, so our employees are carefully selected, full induction training is provided and continuing professional development is undertaken by each member of staff.

All the staff are here for your comfort, care and convenience and receive continuing QCF training (formerly NVQ) to ensure that we can handle any situation; more than that, however, they will become your friends and companions.
